Who We Are and What We Do

St. John’s Rehab Foundation fundraises in support of St. John's Rehab Hospital, the only hospital in Ontario solely dedicated to specialized rehabilitation. With your generous support, we help the hospital's expert staff rebuild patients’ lives by raising funds for equipment, redevelopment, education and research.

Message to the Community

On July 18, 2011, St. John's Rehab Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre announced that they have reached agreement on a memorandum of understanding that would see the two organizations merge voluntarily to become a comprehensive health care provider. Please read the hospitals' most recent joint message for information on the merger.
