As a centre of excellence in rehabilitation care, we need significant and sustainable funding for staff education. Investing in developing and learning best practices ensures optimal care for our patients.
Physicians, nurses and allied health professionals must continually explore advancements in treatment. Our rehabilitation professionals require ongoing graduate and post-graduate education to undertake and lead research initiatives that will bring better patient outcomes.
Continuous learning is important for everyone, but it's absolutely crucial for those who provide care and services to patients from across Ontario.
With your generosity, our dedicated team can access opportunities for skill development, learning and ongoing training. Your support will provide cutting-edge training that will, in turn, have an impact on 2,700 inpatients and the more than 37,800 outpatient visits we treat each year.
