You can help by investing in equipment
Though the provincial government funds a portion of building expenses, they do not fund ongoing costs for specialized rehabilitation equipment. The hospital relies on the generosity of donors like you to help purchase basics such as hospital beds and wheelchairs, and rehab equipment such as treadmills and cross trainers. Having the right treatment tools and assistive equipment is crucial in helping people to recover from a debilitating illness, surgery or traumatic injury.
Please note that we cannot accept donations of used equipment for reasons of patient safety, risk, insurance and liability.
